This first step is all about getting to know each other. It’s a no pressure conversation where you can tell me a bit about yourself, your experience (or lack of), and what you’re hoping to get out of personal training.

We’ll talk all things goal related, short and long term. Past injuries or limitations. What kind of workouts you enjoy & want to avoid. What’s worked for you in the past — and what hasn’t. What your schedule, space, and equipment will allow us to do.

A practical look at how you move, eat, and live —so we can build a plan that actually works.

This is where it all starts. I assess how your body moves — your strengths, weaknesses, and any limitations — so we can create a training plan built specifically for you.

Prefer to work independently? I also offer custom online training programs that take away all the guesswork from working out. It will tell you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it right.

Need help with nutrition? My nutrition package focuses on calorie and macro-based guidance (not restrictive meal plans) to support your goals in a sustainable, flexible way.

You will receive science backed workouts. Easy-to-follow programs, and guidance that gets you feeling, moving, and looking your best.

Who I Am & How I Coach

Hi, I’m Aidan 👋

Born and raised right here in Victoria, I’ve always had a deep love for sports, the outdoors, and staying active. I’ve been training clients since 2021, helping people of all ages and experience levels feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence.

I’m a certified ISSA personal trainer and hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UVic. My approach blends science-backed training with real-world practicality — whether we’re working on strength, posture, mobility, or overall fitness, it’s all tailored to you.

This is personal training that meets you where you are — literally. I bring the gym to your home, apartment, condo, and make it easy to stay consistent.

FAQs:

  • My training packages start at ~$75/session. I offer flexible options depending on your goals, location, & commitment level. Contact me for a personalized quote & to see what works best for you.

  • Yes! I’m a fully mobile trainer. I train clients in condo gyms, apartment buildings, homes, even parks all across Victoria. If you’ve got a bit of space and are in the Greater Victoria area, I’ll come to you.

  • Nothing! I bring some basic equipment like different bands and dumbbells. If you’ve got your own gear, even better — we’ll put it to good use. All we really need is a human body and some space to move it.

  • Yes! I work with all levels, from beginners to advanced. I will tailor your plan to your ability. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, I’ve got you covered.

  • No problem. We’ll work around it. I’ve trained clients with bad shoulders, sore backs, and much more. There’s always a way to move safely and effectively — we’ll find it together.

  • Each 1-on-1 session is 45 minutes long with a custom workout as well as a warm-up and cool-down/stretch session included.

  • Absolutely! Partner workouts add a whole new layer of fun to our sessions. It’s a great way to get more fit with your friends, or your spouse.

  • That depends on your consistency and goals, but most clients will start noticing significant changes within a few weeks. More energy, improved strength, body changes, better mobility, will start to occur within the first 2 months.
