Hi, I’m Aidan 👋
Born and raised right here in Victoria, I’ve always had a deep love for sports, the outdoors, and staying active. I’ve been training clients since 2021, helping people of all ages and experience levels feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence.
I’m a certified ISSA personal trainer and hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UVic. My approach blends science-backed training with real-world practicality — whether we’re working on strength, posture, mobility, or overall fitness, it’s all tailored to you.
This is personal training that meets you where you are — literally. I bring the gym to your apartment, condo, or home and make it easy to stay consistent. Let’s work together to get you moving and feeling your best.

Yes! I’m a fully mobile trainer. I train clients in condo gyms, apartment buildings, homes, even parks all across Victoria. If you’ve got a bit of space and are in the Greater Victoria area, I’ll com to you.

Nothing! I bring some basic equipment like different bands and dumbbells. If you’ve got your own gear, even better — we’ll put it to good use. All we really need is a human body and some space to move it.

Yes! I work with all levels, from beginners to advanced. I will tailor your plan to your ability. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, I’ve got you covered

No problem. We’ll work around it. I’ve trained clients with bad shoulders, sore backs, and much more. There’s always a way to move safely and effectively — we’ll find it together.

Each 1-on-1 session is 45 minutes long with a warm-up and cool-down/stretch session included.

That depends on your consistency and goals, but most clients will start noticing significant changes within a few weeks. More energy, improved strength, body changes, better mobility, will start to occur within the first 2 months.
